BACnet Interoperability Testing Services, Inc has released a beta version of a free (open source) BACnet Server that runs on Windows computers. This software is aimed at developers starting to investigate the BACnet protocol. We hope that many users will contribute to the code base and establish a reference example of a BACnet Server device. The code is in C#, a computer language gaining in popularity that is easy to learn and to use. It is a complementary product to the (also free) “BACnet Browser in C#”.
